01Seller and agreement

M&M Jones Web Studio (the Seller; website joneswebdesigns.store), offers Universal Business Framework. Mailing address: 7030 Jeffreys Creek Lane, Raleigh, NC 27616, USA. Contact: joneswebdesigners@gmail.com. You are the Buyer. These terms form part of the purchase agreement when you accept them and complete payment. The checkout confirmation identifies the product, amount and purchase date. Keep a copy for your records.

The Seller is located in North Carolina, USA. These terms are a draft, not legal advice or a representation of legal compliance in any jurisdiction. Any governing-law provisions and jurisdiction-specific consumer notices require qualified attorney review before commercial reliance. No mandatory consumer protection is excluded by the Seller's location.

02Purchase contract disclosure

The product is a digital pack of 10 premium customizable white-label website templates and a shared framework, not ten finished custom websites or a managed service. The fall-special price is $997 USD for the full pack as a one-time payment. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge from the Seller for this purchase.

Payment is processed through Stripe's embedded checkout. The Seller does not receive or store your full card details. Where Stripe's managed payment service applies, its checkout disclosures identify any additional payment or merchant responsibilities. The license and project-delivery obligations described here remain the Seller's responsibility.

03Digital delivery and prerequisites

Following confirmed payment, the Seller manually arranges project transfer or source access using the GitHub or Lovable username supplied at checkout, normally within 24 hours. Delivery is not instantaneous or automated. Incorrect details, account restrictions and third-party outages may delay delivery; contact the Seller to resolve them. If the Seller cannot deliver, you may request a full refund.

You need compatible platform accounts and any applicable platform plans. Domain registration, hosting, paid services, payment-processing fees and third-party subscriptions are not included. The setup guide describes configuration steps; the Buyer is responsible for testing each deployment.

04Non-exclusive commercial license

After confirmed payment, the Seller grants a non-exclusive commercial license to use, duplicate, modify and rebrand the supplied framework for your own websites and an unlimited number of client website projects. You may build upon, customize, rebrand or resell the supplied website templates at your discretion, including as a template bundle or as finished client websites, subject to third-party licenses. No exclusive ownership of the original framework is transferred.

Do not claim authorship of the original designs. You retain rights to your own original additions; the Seller retains rights in the underlying framework. Third-party code, images and services remain subject to their respective licenses.

05Universal use and professional limitations

Universal means adaptable presentation for different businesses, including attorneys, accountants, bookkeepers, detailing services, trainers, clinics, mortgage consultants and other professionals. It does not mean that every industry workflow or compliance requirement is included. Example names and service descriptions are demonstration content, not real providers, verified credentials or professional recommendations. Illustrative images must not be represented as actual staff or premises.

This product supplies no legal, accounting, tax, medical, financial, lending or other regulated professional advice. Buyers must hold any required licenses, validate all claims and disclosures, and obtain independent legal and professional review. A general website inquiry does not itself establish an attorney-client, clinician-patient or other professional relationship.

No HIPAA compliance, patient portal, secure legal intake, mortgage application system, financial recordkeeping compliance, accessibility certification or regulatory approval is promised. Do not collect protected health information, privileged communications, payment-card data or other sensitive information through general inquiry links. Specialized secure systems must be configured and assessed separately.

06Backend and integration scope

The framework includes React and TypeScript source and backend integration scaffolding. The demonstration seller store has owner authentication, private order records, delivery-status management and Stripe checkout integration. This does not provide a Buyer with access to the Seller's production accounts, customer records, credentials or payment account.

Each Buyer or client deployment requires independent backend provisioning, access controls, credentials, payment products and service configuration. Scheduling, customer accounts, subscriptions, recurring billing, CRM, industry-specific portals and custom automations are not delivered as turnkey services. Verify all integrations and permissions before launch; do not reuse the Seller's data or secrets.

07Refunds and mandatory rights

Before the transfer or source access is sent, you may request a full refund by emailing the Seller with your order reference. If the Seller cannot deliver the product, a full refund is available. After delivery, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, except where required by applicable law. Contact the Seller promptly about defects or a product that materially differs from its description so a remedy can be discussed.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for nonconforming digital content, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where local law requires separate express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of loss of a withdrawal right, a general agreement checkbox is not a substitute; the applicable notice and consent process must be implemented before relying on such a waiver.

08Buyer responsibilities and third-party services

You are responsible for accurate transfer details, lawful content, permissions for images and testimonials, professional credentials, client agreements, privacy notices and configuration of your sites. Replace all demonstration content before publication. The Seller's terms govern this framework sale only; they do not replace the legal terms required for a client's business.

Platforms such as Lovable, GitHub and Stripe have independent terms, charges and service availability. Their names describe compatibility or processing, not endorsement or affiliation. Ongoing maintenance, custom development, hosting and support beyond delivery are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

09Warranty and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the framework is provided as is and as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, suitability for every purpose, business results, revenue or resale value. This does not limit any express description of the product or non-excludable legal warranty.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's aggregate liability arising from the purchase is limited to the price paid for the product, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10Order information, changes and disputes

Buyer email, transfer username, payment reference, amount and fulfillment status are used for order verification, delivery, support and recordkeeping. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Do not send passwords or sensitive client details to the Seller. Contact the Seller about access or correction of your order details; a complete privacy notice and any legally required retention disclosures require separate review.

The terms accepted at the time of purchase apply to that purchase; later updates apply prospectively. Begin any order dispute by contacting joneswebdesigners@gmail.com with your order reference. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, invented choice of jurisdiction or waiver of non-excludable rights.
